Camrose & Roch Playgroup Rebrand

We’ve recently had the pleasure of working with Camrose & Roch Playgroup to give their brand a fresh, vibrant new look. The playgroup, nestled in the heart of Pembrokeshire, is known for nurturing young minds in a caring and creative environment. Our task was to create a playful and fun design that reflects their dedication to early learning while bringing warmth and excitement to both their new website and physical space.

 

Understanding the importance of visual stimulation in a child’s early development, we focused on designing a colour palette that would not only stand out but also engage young learners. Bright, cheerful colours were chosen to reflect the energetic and positive atmosphere of Camrose & Roch Playgroup. These colours not only help create a fun and inviting space but also have an educational element, as they can help children recognise and learn about different shades and tones.

In addition to the vibrant colours, we incorporated familiar shapes into the design. From circles and triangles to stars and squares, these simple geometric patterns help reinforce early learning concepts. By surrounding children with shapes they can recognise and interact with, the design becomes a subtle learning tool, aiding in the development of their cognitive and visual processing skills.

Part of the new branding was the creation of a fun, simple character that could become a familiar and friendly face for the children at Camrose & Roch Playgroup. The character is playful and was designed with bright colours that make it instantly appealing to the little ones. This character will not only be used on their website and promotional materials but could also appear throughout the nursery space, adding to the welcoming and cheerful environment.

The new branding for Camrose & Roch Playgroup isn’t just about creating something visually appealing - it’s about developing a brand that reflects their mission of nurturing young minds and building a space where children can learn, grow, and play. The use of bright colours, familiar shapes, and a friendly character helps bring the playgroup’s values to life in a way that speaks to both parents and children.

As the playgroup continues to grow, the refreshed brand offers endless opportunities for future development. From new signage and printed materials to fun activities and digital content, this playful yet professional design will remain a core part of their identity.
